Our serviced offices come complete with tables and chairs. The client can however bring their own furniture. Our Serviced offices are ideal for clients who would like their business up
and running straight away.Once you become a client, you will be allocated a post folder which will be located on the ground floor to enable
you to collect your post in the morning before heading to your office. If you have letters that you need sending, we offer an optional franking service. If you would like to use this service
an account will be created for you and you will receive a services bill at the end of the month.

The rental price include, electricity and heating. In addition we will accept and handle your post. Once post has been received, it will be placed in your allocated folder.
We understand that some companies are just starting up and are reluctant to sign up long term and as a result we offer a minimum term of 6 months. The 6 months
allows clients to find their feet and see if our business centre is the right place for them. We also offer contract terms of 12 months and leases from 2 years onwards.
Our onsite car parking is £50 pcm per space. Please call to enquire about current availability.
In terms of location we are well serviced by transport links. We are just 4 miles from Birmingham city centre, 2.5 miles from Junction 4 of the M42 and a 20 minutes to Birmingham Airport.
We are also a short walk away from Hall Green train station and we are well serviced with bus routes into Birmingham City centre. We have a taxi company located close by who can take your
visitors to New Street Station in the city centre. The centre is close to Shirley and Solihull town centres, and therefore clients have easy access to excellent retail
and leisure amenities, including Waitrose, Aldi, Tesco Express & the Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull.
From our location, your visitors can decide to stay in Premier Inn which is a 10 minute walk or 7 minute drive from our location. Alternatively, they can decide to stay at the Lodge at Hall Green hotel which is a 10 minute drive from our location.
Providing we are given advanced notice, we will be happy to reserve spaces for your visitors on our front car park.
At Centre Court we have meeting rooms suitable for 2 - 14 people. We may provide clients with complimentary meeting room bookings.
We have an in house cafe and they sell sandwitches, tea coffee, baguettes and much more. In addition, Aldi, Tesco Express and Waitrose are just a 5 minute walk from our location.
If you book our Conference Room, you will have access to tea, coffee and milk.
When booking a meeting room, clients have the option of booking for an hour, 2hours, half a day and a full day. If you would like to book a meeting
room, visit the reception team, who will inform you of availability and pricing.
Our Meeting Rooms are only availble to existing clients.
We are happy to accomodate frequent bookings of our conference room, we may also provide discounts on block bookings..
The easiest way to arrange a viewing is to call us on 0121 702 1402, your call will be answered by our dedicated reception team who will transfer you to the management office. Alternatively you can contact us by filling the form out on our contact us.
When you arrive at the centre, the reception team will notify the Centre Manager . The manager will welcome you to the centre and then proceed to
mention the facilities the centre has. Based on your requirements, you will be shown all suitable offices, the manager will show
you the common areas available to all clients to access. During the viewing of suitable offices, you are free to ask questions.
Once you have signed the license agreement and have paid the office deposit and first months rent upfront, you will be provided 2 keys for you office as well as security access fobs. Once in possession of these items, you can move in on the same day.
The fobs will provide you 24/7 access to the building and your office.
That is great, if you decide to expand our Centre Manager will discuss the options available to you and will show you suitable office. If you find a office suitable for your
requirements we will create a new licence agreement for you.
